How Does This Web Site Work?

This post is a work in progress and will be revised:

First and foremost, this is a web site. It provides a service for the Long Island gaming community. Though the RPLI site isn't a club, game clubs of all kinds are most welcome to use this site to organize, promote, and discuss their groups, games, and events. We also encourage shops that support the gaming community to participate on this site.

The genesis of this site began as a group on Meetup.com several years ago. The site was originally… Continue

Hey Big Rob, I forget, is tax time a good time to hang out or not?
We must go and do something. I might stop by the book store this weekend?

I located my copy of Submarine last night, long in storage in the basement of game destroying floods, so we are that much closer to a game. I'd prefer a face-to-face, one-on-one or one-with-one affair (I'd like a two-player game is what I mean). Do you have a time and place in mind? I was thinking that The Game Table might be good waters to patrol in, but if you have a different and/or better idea, please let me know.

Randy and Gary are also interested in Zombies!!!. Did you want to take part in a big, multi-player game or were you thinking of a smaller one when you expressed an interest?

Also: Are you at all interested in any of the more complex SPI/Avalon Hill/GDW wargames? I would love to break out Star Soldier, Conquistador or Azhanti High Lightning again.
